As a JPA, you will utilize your strong analytical skills, research expertise, and technical knowledge to address some of the world’s most pressing development challenges. Eligibility :

To be eligible for the Junior Professional Associates (JPA) Professional Development Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 32 years of age or younger.

  • Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree.

  • Language: Be fluent in English.

The JPA program is highly competitive. Candidates who are being actively considered for positions may be required to present academic transcripts and professional references. Our Human Resources team will carefully evaluate applications and reach out to individuals selected for the interview process.
