More details :

The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowships offer a valuable opportunity for professionals and dedicated volunteers from over 40 countries to strengthen civil societies worldwide. Each year, around 55 to 60 fellows are selected to spend two to three months working with host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries. This immersive experience enables participants to broaden their expertise, build international networks, and develop intercultural skills.

Host organizations also benefit by gaining regional knowledge and networks from CCP fellows. Fellows also participate in cross-cultural workshops, networking events, and professional meetings organized by CCP, allowing them to apply the skills learned to their home organizations.

The CCP Fellowships will be conducted primarily on-site. Depending on the participant's circumstances and applicable travel restrictions, digital participation may also be available. The program’s goal is to integrate the knowledge gained abroad into the fellows' home organizations upon their return, with additional professional development support available throughout the program.

For individuals interested in similar opportunities, Darrab Education offers access to a variety of scholarships and fellowship programs globally, helping students and professionals connect with resources that align with their career aspirations.
