The Türkiye Scholarships program is open to students from all nationalities, offering opportunities for undergraduate, master’s, PhD, and research programs. Candidates must meet specific academic performance criteria, with a minimum of 70% for undergraduate, 75% for graduate programs, and 90% for health sciences such as Medicine and Dentistry. Age limits also apply, with applicants needing to be under 21 for undergraduate studies, under 30 for master’s programs, under 35 for PhDs, and under 45 for research opportunities. Recent graduates or students expected to graduate before admission are eligible to apply.

Additionally, applicants must not hold or have previously held Turkish citizenship, nor be currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the same level they’re applying for. Proof of language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, DELF) and other specific documents may be required based on the program or university. Academic Achievement
- For undergraduate programs: A minimum academic performance of 70% is required.
- For Master’s and PhD programs: A minimum academic performance of 75% is required.
- For Health undergraduate programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): A minimum academic performance of 90% is required.
Age Criteria
- Undergraduate applicants: Must be under 21 years of age.
- Master’s program applicants: Must be under 30 years of age.
- PhD program applicants: Must be under 35 years of age.

Nationality
- Open to citizens of all countries (non-Turkish nationals).

Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate
- Proof of your most recent academic qualification.
Academic Transcript
- A record of your grades and courses.
International Exam Results (if required by the chosen university or program)
- Examples include GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.
International Language Test Results (if required by the chosen university or program)
- Examples include TOEFL, DELF, etc.
Research Proposal and Example of Prior Research (only for MSc and PhD applications)
- A proposal for your intended research topic.
- A written example of research you have carried out previously.

Write an Original Letter of Intent

Select Your Universities and Programs
- Choose up to 12 universities and ensure consistency in the programs you select, aligning them with your academic and career goals.
Review and Revise Your Application
- Double-check all information and uploaded documents for accuracy.
- Make necessary revisions to present a polished and complete application.
Submit Your Application
- Finalize your application by submitting it through the system before the deadline.

University and Department Placement
- Unlike many other higher education scholarship programs, the Turkish Scholarship Program directly provides placements in universities and departments, ensuring a streamlined admission process.
Tuition Fee Coverage
- All tuition fees are fully covered, allowing students to focus on their studies without financial burden.
Language Learning Opportunity
- The program includes a 1-year Turkish language course, enabling students to learn the local language. This not only diversifies academic resources but also enriches daily life experiences.
Accommodation Support
- Students are provided with accommodation upon their arrival in Turkey, making the transition to a new country smoother.
Travel Assistance
- The scholarship covers a one-time flight ticket, supporting students on their journey to Turkey and their return home after completing their studies.
Health Insurance
- Comprehensive health insurance ensures students have access to necessary health services throughout their stay in Turkey.
Monthly Stipend
- Students receive a monthly allowance to support their living expenses. The amounts may vary from year to year due to adjustments for cost of living increases. As of now, the stipends are approximately:
  - Undergraduate students: 3,500 TL
  - Master’s students: 5,000 TL
  - Ph.D. students: 6,500 TL
